Over 30 years of experience in commercial finance and corporate lending. He co-founded Glick Morganstern Capital Group, LLC in 1986 after a successful career in asset based lending and equipment leasing. Barry has extensive experience in arranging financing for middle market companies who need capital for growth, turnaround or acquisitions. Barry holds a B.S. degree in Business (Accounting) from California State University at Northridge where he graduated cum laude.
Barry Wolfe C.P.A., C.V.A., M.B.A. - Senior Vice President
Over 20 years experience in public accounting and corporate finance. Barry joined Glick Morganstern Capital Group, LLC in 2001, bringing extensive experience in financial analysis and modeling for credit underwriting, business valuation and mergers & acquistions. Barry holds a B.S. degree in Business from Hartford University and received his M.B.A. from Cal Lutheran University.
Clint Clomera - Financial Analyst
Clint joined Glick Morganstern Capital Group, LLC in 2003 as a financial analyst specializing in underwriting real estate and corporate finance transactions. In addition, he also conducts research for the firm on industry trends for financial institutions. Clint holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from California State University at Northridge where he graduated summa cum laude.
